My advice is to eat appropriately till 70 - 80% full and abstain yourself from eating after 8pm.

Health is important to everyone and food plays its big role in it. The different types of food be it vegetables, meat, noodles etc, the different way it is cooked and the ingredient used to garnish and improve taste have a direct impact of the nutritional value of a dish.
