Today, my colleague shared with me her sweet potatoes (purple skin)for lunch. It is simply tasty and yummy... The thought of it make me hungry again.

Orange and yellow sweet potatoes contain beta-carotene and purple sweet potatoes are very rich in anthocyanins. It helps to prevents osteoporosis, constipation, boost the immune system and anti-aging with whitening effect etc. It is also good for young children brain development and growth.
