Does anyone take grape seeds when you are taking your grapes?

It seem like most of you will peel away the skin and spit out the seeds due to the tough and bitter taste.

What a lot of people do not know is Grape skin and seeds contain a lot of vitamins and antioxidants and we should make full use of it.
